APC needed more than a website refresh. The system had to make industrial lubricant demand findable in search, understandable to buyers, actionable from mobile, and traceable from offline containers back into a quote workflow.

The Problem

APC Engineering had strong industrial credibility and Petro-Canada Lubricants distributor context, but the demand system needed to become more searchable, more measurable, and easier for buyers to act on. Historical contacts needed structure, SEO opportunities needed architecture, and quote requests needed a clear path from website, WhatsApp, QR labels, and campaign assets into one response flow.

Industrial buyers, maintenance managers, procurement teams, fleet operators, plant teams, and APC sales operators who need product guidance, equivalence help, technical sheets, and a formal quote without getting lost in manual follow-up.

Overview

The work turned APC's digital presence into an industrial growth system: a refreshed identity, an SEO program, a modern website, an online quotation funnel, a sanitized prospect/contact database, and QR campaign assets that connect offline containers back to apce.mx/cotizacion.

The SEO strategy mapped roughly 100 keyword targets across supplier, geography, product, industry, technical guide, and competitor-equivalence intent. The implementation plan included 80 pages for organic capture, plus sitemap, canonical, structured data, Search Console, and local SEO evidence.

The quotation funnel makes the buyer's next step concrete: choose the quote path, describe the operation, define presentation and volume, share contact and delivery preferences, and receive a formal response within the business window.

The research translated APC's market into page clusters instead of isolated keywords. The public case presents the system without promising rankings: technical foundations, keyword maps, page packets, schema, sitemap work, and Search Console evidence.
